Now, I set my bitrate/buffer to 2000, 720p downscale, and started streaming. I have been reading that non twitch partners should stream at 2000 bitrate/buffer 720p for the best settings. Hey guys, I recently upgraded my very crap internet, to the crap internet and set up my stream last night, but I am still getting horrible quality.
